Day 1-Transfer to Lake Mburo  National Park.

Wake up early morning for breakfast our guide will take you through a short briefing about the whole itinerary   and embark at 6:30am in order not to catch up with the traffic jam and to reach early.

The journey to Lake Mburo takes about 4hours drive you will have a stopover at the equator to view the south and North hemisphere well standing with one leg in different hemisphere.

There geographical experiments that are demonstrated and separated at the north and south hemispheres.

Drive through the beautiful sceneries  of  the park upon arrival, check in at the lodge, relax and have lunch .There after embark on the evening game drive to explore the impressive park landscapes with the views  of the savannah at the sun set .Sight the Impalas, Topis, Zebras, Rothschild, Giraffes and many more there after relax have dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Game walk /Boat ride on Lake Mburo

Lake Mburo National Park has the best extensive savannah environment that can be better explored on foot. Game viewing can be explored on the moist savannah dotted with magical acacia species that supports a range of wildlife and birds.

During the  activity one has possibilities of exploring the range of games including the Impala, Giraffes, Topis, Zebra, waterbucks, warthogs, cape Buffaloes, Bushbucks, Elands, Klipspringer, not forgetting the acacia birds for bird lovers this will be a great opportunity to spot out the birds including the Red faced Barbet and many more. Hike to the Kazuma Hill which allows one to gain beautiful views of the area and the myriad of lakes which include Lake Kacheera and Lake Mburo which is one of the permanent water sources in the area.

The game drive encounter takes about 3-4 hours there after embark on the transfer to the lodge for relaxation and lunch in the afternoon embark on the boat ride on Lake Mburo.

The afternoon boat ride gives one a rewarding view of the calm waters of Lake Mburo that provide an ideal habitat for Nile crocodiles and hippos.

Their views of the fringing swamp and Kigarama hill which views all the amazing sceneries that are thrilling. For bird lovers have another chance to spot the African fin foot, Fish Eagle and many more during the boat ride. After the g=boat ride retire to the lodge as you enjoy a simple game drive that connects you to the lodge.

Day 3 Village walk/Kampala

Wake up early morning have breakfast at 6am there after connect for a village walk to the Enyemembwa center for an encounter with the local typical Ankole long horned cattle’s that are considered beautiful and their unique color of the body.

Their unique reflecting the true traits of the ancient breed that was left behind by the famous  Chwezi people. You will participate in the traditional hand milking, brushing the cows and setting out to graze.

After return to the lodge for lunch and set off to Kampala before 6pm, our guide will drive you to your hotel or to the airport depending on your departure date.
